OC Residential Services has specialized in property management for the last 15 years and now we are open to the public and can get you any brand you want  below our competitor prices.  This has always been available before and now we also offer builder units to any one who “request them” we are by no way “promoting” the builder units. The Builder Units are what we get from the major manufactures in large orders.  For example, if an apartment complex needs to change all there units out, that bulk order of A/C units would be called “Builder Units”. All the major brands want this business so they give us major discounts on the units with the same warranty and by the same manufacturer, just there logo is a little smaller. While were not able to market or advertise these unit types, we can, however sell them on request at a major discount to you!.
